  1. Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 9 x 13 pan. (You can also line with parchment paper).
  2. Combine Eggs, Vanilla, milk, maple syrup and butter together in a bowl. Wisk until combined.
  3. Add oatmeal, almond flour, brown sugar and cinnamon and stir until combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  5. Serve warm with milk and berries or cold as a breakfast on the go.
Recipe Notes

Store in the fridge. You can wrap individual serving for a prepared breakfast during the week or place in the freezer for a quick snack down the road.
